Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company sales goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Manage and oversee the sales team to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to develop new product offerings based on market demand.
  • Monitor and report on sales and marketing activities to senior management.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure all marketing activities are costeffective.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, preferably in the uniform manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative sales and marketing strategies.
  • Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Pay:
From AED8,000.00 per month
