We have a great opportunity for an experienced Chef De Partie to join us in our awar winning restaurant Shang Palace.

The successful applicant will have a passion for cooking and a gift for presentation.

Previous experience in in luxury hospitality.

What will you do?

Supervise and control work of Shang Palace kitchen personnel in their respective stations.
Assist with overseeing of the daily operation.
Maintain the highest quality in the food provided.
Work with Shang Palace team to keep excellent cleanliness standards.
