Description
Responsible to welcome customers, greeting them with a smile as they enter the clinic.- Attend inbound/outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner to address queries on Consultation and carries out routing of calls accordingly.
- Maintain record in the database as per the requirement.
- Ensure basic knowledge of services rendered and other important information.
- Notify the line manager on any escalations or operational problems as and when required.
- Maintain front office quality assurance as per the standard and adhere the standard operating protocol.
- Coordinate repair and replacement of office equipment.
- Order office supplies and ensure adequacy.
- Serve as a role model for customer service and mentor support staff.
- Generates and submits reports to the line manager.
Experience:
Dermatology Clinic: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- Arabic (required)
