- Createclear policies and employee handbooks that explain companyoperations
- Craft and send emails withinformation about the company and position, including workschedules, dress code and parkingoptions
- Prepare onboarding kits (e.g.stationary, T-shirts and mugs)
- Welcome newemployees' upon their arrival and give them an officetour
- Introduce teammembers
- Gather and process paperwork, likecontracts and non-disclosureagreements
- Coordinate company presentations andproduct demos
- Inform employees on their firsttasks (e.g. which programs to download and how to activate theiraccounts)
- Ensure new hires have technicalassistance to properly set up their hardware andsoftware
- Distribute manuals, passwords andguidelines, as needed
- Address newhires' queries regarding their contracts andpayroll
