    2 Years within HR department managingonboarding process & must have experience on SAP or Oraclesystem experience in the UAE or Middle Eastis.

    Minimum Education Level:Bachelor'sDegree

    Responsibilities

    • Createclear policies and employee handbooks that explain companyoperations
    • Craft and send emails withinformation about the company and position, including workschedules, dress code and parkingoptions
    • Prepare onboarding kits (e.g.stationary, T-shirts and mugs)
    • Welcome newemployees' upon their arrival and give them an officetour
    • Introduce teammembers
    • Gather and process paperwork, likecontracts and non-disclosureagreements
    • Coordinate company presentations andproduct demos
    • Inform employees on their firsttasks (e.g. which programs to download and how to activate theiraccounts)
    • Ensure new hires have technicalassistance to properly set up their hardware andsoftware
    • Distribute manuals, passwords andguidelines, as needed
    • Address newhires' queries regarding their contracts andpayroll
