Description

High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Sales, or a related field is a plus.
Prior experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required. Entry-level candidates with enthusiasm for the real estate industry are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software.
A valid real estate license is required in some regions and a plus in others.


Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain a portfolio of clients seeking to buy, sell, or rent properties.
Conduct property market research to stay up-to-date with current market trends and available properties.
Identify and understand client needs and preferences to provide tailored property options.
Showcase properties to potential buyers or tenants and provide comprehensive property information.
Negotiate and finalize sales and rental agreements, ensuring the best terms for clients.
Prepare and update property listings, including photographs, descriptions, and prices.
Coordinate property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.
Provide market analysis and property valuations to assist clients in making informed decisions.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and property information in the company's CRM system.
