THE VIRMANI GROUP is a dynamic and rapidly growing company. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as a Recruiter cum HR Assistant. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to both recruitment efforts and various HR functions within the organization.

Responsibilities:_

Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, completing background checks, and facilitating orientation sessions.
Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and responding to employee inquiries.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed, including employee engagement activities, performance management, and training programs.

Requirements:_

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
12 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR administration preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with HRIS or ATS platforms.
High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Pay:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month
