Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive.

You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the successful sale of products or services.


Responsibilities:


Sales Development:


  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable products or services to meet their needs.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:


  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and contracts to close sales deals.
  • Address client concerns and objections in a professional and solutionoriented manner.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:


  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager or leadership team.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Market Intelligence:


  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client interactions and market insights.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role in hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Resultsoriented and targetdriven mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Preferred:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Industryspecific knowledge and experience.
  • Language proficiency in Arabic/French an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving licence

Experience:

- business development executive: 1 year (preferred)
