We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive.You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the successful sale of products or services.
Responsibilities:
Sales Development:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable products or services to meet their needs.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and contracts to close sales deals.
- Address client concerns and objections in a professional and solutionoriented manner.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager or leadership team.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client interactions and market insights.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role in hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Resultsoriented and targetdriven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Industryspecific knowledge and experience.
- Language proficiency in Arabic/French an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving licence
Experience:
- business development executive: 1 year (preferred)
