    • o attend and handle all incomingand outgoing F&B reservation requests, as per the hotelstandards and procedures.
    • To attract guests andto enhance their loyalty, providing a distinctive service throughcommunication and sales skills, in order to improve thehotel's image and to increaserevenue.
    • To recognize potential clients and totransmit information to the SalesDepartment.
    • To recognize VIP guests and toapply the concerned policies.
    • To maintain agood commercial relationship with all the bookers:guests/companies/agencies.
    • To promote the hoteloutlets and to have a perfect knowledge of thetiming.
    • To always be updated of any privateparty in one of the restaurant.
    • To respect theprivacy of the guests and the confidentiality of theinformation.
    • To manage any guest complaint in aprofessional manner, by owning it, resolving it to the guestsatisfaction and recording it.
    • To report allguest comments or complaints.
    • To call thesupervisor or manager for advice in serious cases or if an approvalis required.
    • To know the competitors and togather information about their activities andsales.
    • To provide updated reports andstatistics to the Management and otherdepartments.
    • To maintain appropriate stocklevel for the smooth run of the reservations operations and toinitiate requisitions accordingly.
    • To sharedaily activity highlights with the supervisor and manager includinginternal and external guest opportunities.
    • Tosupport reception training in reservations techniques andprocedures.
    • To carry out special projectsaccording to the assignments.

    Qualifications

    • Educated to collegedegree
    • 2+ years' experience inhospitality or similar customer servicerole
    • Computer Literate including MS Office andemail
    • Communicates Effectively (eMail,Telephone – Listening Skills, Writing Skills and Verbalcommunication etc.)
