Provide support to the Senior Manager – Product Controls & Governance and ensure that the Personal Banking Group has robust control, effectively implement and follow up as per the policies and procedures and processes
Job Responsibilities:
Following up with branches at regular intervals for operational tasks and escalate branch errors on monthly basisMonitor vault opening and closing timings and escalate as requiredMonitor change of vault combination and maintain branch vault combination under dual controlCompile, analyse and follow up on overdraft accounts to regularize them
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in a Finance/Commerce discipline3-5 years of experience in banking and financial services sectorGood understanding of operational process
