The Entertainment Technical Managersupervises & monitors the day-to-day operation &corrective maintenance of AVLP and special effects in assets andattractions through all sites managed by Miral Experiences.
The job scope also includes:
Performdaily inspections of all Entertainment Technical areas and reportthe findings and corrective actions needed. Ensuring SOP and Jobplans are strictly followed Make recommendations for upgrades andtraining requirements as needed Supports the EntertainmentTechnical Senior Manager in managing the on-site EntertainmentTechnical Team Meet divisional goals and metrics & ensuresafety, health, and environmental matters are followed and adheredto Support and manage all events including live shows Assist invendor selection and approve all designs ahead of project start upDe-snag all open technical projects from third parties and manageand mitigate all time losses and claims Ensure all projects aredelivered on time and meet with Farah Leisure/industry standardsLead the maintenance activities and distribute work to the teamAssist HR in its recruitment activities Conduct appraisals for teammembers and establish and set their KPI's Perform otherduties as required
To be considered for this role, youwill need to have:
Minimum 5 years' experiencein the AVLP or Maintenance Department Hands on installationexperience Related technical qualification Proven ability introuble shooting Proven ability in day to day operationalmanagement Problem solving skills Able to adhere to stricttimelines Clear understanding of both written and spoken EnglishComputer skills Ability to understand one line drawings andschematics Able to spend long hours standing if required Possess afirm knowledge of installation tools and have the ability to usethem Ability to lift at least 25 kg Supervision of large teams witha minimum of 30 across multiple venues on one site Knowledge ofQsys or Similar Knowledge of Medialon & Crestron or similarKnowledge of LED lighting and video systems Created variousschedules as required Experience using maintenance managementsystems Experience working at height
