jobBrief

The incumbent will be responsible topromote products and services to customers discover and pursue newsales prospects negotiate contracts and maintain customersatisfaction with the aim of maximizing profits.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Policies &Procedures:

• Adhere to allZahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable.

Market Research:

• Conducting market research to identify newpotential customers.
• Analyzing market trendsto identify new products in the market and understanding theiradvantages and disadvantages.
• Planning andassisting with new product releases and events.
• Maintaining technical knowledge by attending educationalworkshops reviewing professional publications establishing personalnetworks benchmarking stateoftheart practices and participating inprofessional societies.

Business Development:

• Establishing contact with new customers toinform them of our products understanding their need and how we canhelp them.
• Providing potential customers withsupport information and guidance by performing productdemonstrations to them and gathering their feedback.
• Following up with the new customers after the demosession to negotiate contracts and packages.
• Ensuring all details of the contract are compliant withour rules & regulations.
• Following upwith the Procurement & Logistics team with regards tosending them the products and ensuring that it reaches them ontime.

Marketing:

• Coordinating with the Marketing Department for any newmaterials that need to be done.

Sales:

• Maintaining relationships with existing customers byproviding them with support information and guidance.
• Recommending new products to existing customers as pertheir need and providing them with support information and guidanceto ensure a great relationship with them.
• Providing existing customers with support information andguidance by performing product demonstrations to them and gatheringtheir feedback.
• Assisting the customers inanswering all productrelated questions in a professional and timelymanner.
• Recommending new service improvementsto further build on the relationship.
• Advisinghelpful new product recommendations and suggestions to customers toincrease revenue.
• Negotiating contracts andpackages with existing customers.
• Maintainingquality service by establishing and enforcing Zahrawistandards.
• Contributing to the team effort byachieving the annual target set by the management and assisting theteam when needed.

DataTracking:

• Preparingreports by collecting analyzing and summarizing information andmaintaining accurate records of all products sold.

Orders:

• Placing orders to the concerned purchasecoordinator.

Invoicing:

• Coordinating with the Finance Department to ensure properinvoicing of the products and following up with them with regardsto the collection/payment.

Delivery:

• Coordinate with the warehouse for the timelydeliveries.

Application:

• Conducting training session to customers.
• Assisting the customers with the equipment that is beingused.
• Solving any issues that they might befacing while using the equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelors Degree
• Additional details: Candidates arepreferred to be based in UAE
• Experience: 2 years ofexperience.
• Job SpecificSkills: Require good experience with Trauma &Deformity products.
