- Degree in civil/transportationengineering from a recognizedinstitution
- Minimum 8 years'experience in traffic operations and analysis of various trafficprojects preferably in Gulf region.
- Potentialto perform in a lead capacity, excellent written and oralcommunications skills, and a familiarity of industry practices andregulations are required
- Must possess athorough knowledge of current technology and be able to select andapply appropriate engineering software for use onproject
- A strong understanding of transportmodelling, demand forecast and multi-modalmethodologies
- Must have in-depth experiencewith Traffic Impact Studies, Traffic OperationalAnalysis
- Must have thorough working knowledgewith traffic analysis tools such as SYNCHRO, VISUM, VISSIM, HCS andother traffic engineering – modelingsoftware
- Must have experience in parkingmanagement, parking demand and supply, parking design withinbuildings, traffic circulations, determining the number ofaccesses/egresses
- Familiar with UAE and localstandards such as Roads & Transport Authority of Dubaiguidelines and procedures for transportstudies
- Excellent report writing skills,preparation of presentations
- Must haveexcellent written and oral communications skills inEnglish
