- Consolidating monthly HR/Office administration related invoices including cost allocation
- Ensuring adequate office asset recording, seamless employee onboarding and offboarding routines
- Logistics/ Planning for employee travel (incl. tracking of costs) of all trips incl. visa coordination
- Supplier Management – Coordinate negotiations of all administrative requests to ensure best possible rates and service
- Providing assistance to CODI members (Executive management team) in terms of claim management and other requirements
- Archiving employee files/ agency agreements and other HR documents
- Enrolling employees with Employee benefits such as Health Insurance and Pensions
- Supporting with Internal Projects related to PR's Corporate Social Responsibility Roadmap
- Assisting the Finance team with Audit related queries and requirements
- Planning internal events as part of our annual engagement calendar
- Ad-hoc HR projects as assigned
