    Responsibilities:


    • Sales HUNTER by nature, should be self-motivated enough to call,meet and manage the customer.
    • Create customeropportunities and convince customers to allocate their yearlysecurity budgets to the organization.
    • Serve as the leadpoint of contact for all customer account management matters.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting clientrelationships
    • Develop trusted advisor relationships withkey accounts
    • Ensure the timely and successful deliveryof our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
    • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterlyinitiatives to internal and external stakeholders
    • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas ofimprovement to meet sales targets
    • Forecast and track keyaccount metrics – weekly, quarterly & monthlysales results and annual forecasts)
    • Prepare reports onaccount status.
    • Collaborate with sales team to identifyand grow opportunities within territory
    • Proactively workwith the organization support team to close escalations of managedexisting customers
    • Build market position by locating,developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
    • Protect organization's value by keepinginformation confidential.
