- Sales HUNTER by nature, should be self-motivated enough to call,meet and manage the customer.
- Create customeropportunities and convince customers to allocate their yearlysecurity budgets to the organization.
- Serve as the leadpoint of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting clientrelationships
- Develop trusted advisor relationships withkey accounts
- Ensure the timely and successful deliveryof our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterlyinitiatives to internal and external stakeholders

- Forecast and track keyaccount metrics – weekly, quarterly & monthlysales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports onaccount status.
- Collaborate with sales team to identifyand grow opportunities within territory
- Proactively workwith the organization support team to close escalations of managedexisting customers
- Build market position by locating,developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
