Supervisor - Real Estate Job Title: Real Estate Maintenance Supervisor Reports to:

Property Manager Job Purpose:

The Real Estate Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repairs of a portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and operating efficiently.

The Supervisor will manage a team of maintenance technicians and contractors, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes and budgets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians and contractors
Plan and schedule maintenance and repairs for properties, ensuring mínimal disruption to tenants and visitors
Inspect properties regularly to identify maintenance and repair needs
Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and general repairs
Coordinate with property managers to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed in a timely and costeffective manner
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring highquality work and competitive pricing
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work completed, ensuring that all necessary documentation is filed and up to date
Ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed in compliance with all relevant safety and building codes
Manage and prioritize multiple maintenance projects and work orders simultaneously
Ensure that all maintenance staff are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties safely and effectively
Salary: From AED5,000.00 per month
