Position Overview:

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our business development efforts by focusing on bringing in new clients and expanding our customer base.

You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and effectively conveying our services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

New Client Acquisition:

Proactively identify and target prospective clients through market research, networking, and cold calling to expand the company's client portfolio.

Consultative Selling:
Engage with potential clients to understand their recruitment challenges and requirements. Present our range of talent acquisition services and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.

Relationship Building:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. Maintain regular communication to ensure a deep understanding of their evolving recruitment needs.

Business Development Strategy:

Collaborate with senior consultants to devise and execute strategic business development plans, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.

Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the recruitment sector. Leverage this knowledge to position our services effectively.

Collaborative Teamwork:
Collaborate with fellow consultants and support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets. Provide regular updates to the management team.

Training and Development:
Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of our services, industry best practices, and effective sales techniques. Continuously develop your skills to excel in the role.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.

Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management is a plus.

High level of enthusiasm, energy, and self-motivation.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of the local business landscape and recruitment practices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is desirable.
