- Toensure quality of output through appropriate intervention,inspection and testing to pre-determined qualityparameters.
- To design and Install appropriateQuality Management Systems encompassing receipt and storage ofRM/PM, in process material , material handling, storage anddispatch of FG.
- To provide periodic feedback onvendors and suppliers to purchase manager for vendor upgradationand certification.
- To initiate and documentprocess activity and flow including certification for GMP andcustomer requirements.
- To ensure integrity ofquality analysis through appropriate training, instrumentation andtesting protocols.
- To carry out Quality Auditsof Finished Goods on retail shelf and institute appropriatemeasures for product integrity throughout its shelflife.
- To ensure appropriate systems for Safetyand Hygiene are followed in all areas of the factory to prevent theoccurrence of accidents, occupational illnesses and to preventcontamination of material quality.
- Toinvestigate Customer and Consumer complaints to improve productionprocess, product quality andfunctionality
