    Work as part ofan Agile team to deliver high quality business requirements andsolutions for keystakeholders.

    Engage with SMEsend users and Vendors to identify document and validate therequirements based on user journeys and user stories forImplementing Pricing and Billing systems inBanks.

    Identify/Implementsolutionsto:

    oImproveoperational efficiency through simple and automated billingoperations.

    oImprove customertransparency through granular level pricing information frommultiple channels &systems.

    oMitigate revenuerisk through automation and rulebased control across theprocess.

    Consult with thebusiness SMEs and product owners to prioritise and shape theproduct backlog using Agile practices for prioritization aroundbusinessvalue.

    Work withproduct managers and epic owners to develop business cases asrequired.

    Beresponsible for providing multidisciplinary teams with user storiesand support to define the businessdriven acceptance criteria andtestcases.

    Proactivelysupport the uplift of Agile practices and foster a culture ofcontinual serviceimprovement.

    Consult with andadvise product managers when defining product release content andtimeline applying product development principles innovativethinking and a focus around the customer or userexperience.

    Assist with theelaboration of the user stories and requirements supporting teammembers with their work whererequired.

    Participate inand facilitate relevant Agile ceremonies and rituals: BacklogRefinement Daily Standup Iteration / Release PlanningShowcases/Sprint ReviewRetrospective.

    Providesubject matter expertise in specific functional area(s) forassigned Scrumteam.
