Takes food and beverage orders from guests and delivers food to guest promptly after preparation.
Provides immediate attention to all guest upon seating.
Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
Upsell additional products when appropriate.
We expect that every guest in the restaurant is being granted full attention, reception and best possible care.
That, with his/her friendly and courteous attitude, he/she supports and maintains the good reputation of the Club
To be thoroughly familiar with the salesprogram and constantly informed on all promotions, novelties and changes in the salesprogram.
That he/she maintains a good communication between bar and to build a disciplined, well harmonizing team, especially in view of:
Strict following of the beverage preparation and presentation standard, service standards, closing and opening check lists and follow billing and cashiering procedures, cleaning checklists
Performs special duties and protects as assigned by the restaurant manager
To be familiar with local food hygiene and HACCP guidelines as per Dubai Municipality
