WHERE YOU FIT IN | As a Full-Stack Developer at Whiteshield, you will be at the forefront of delivering modern, scalable, and high-performing software solutions.

You will own and drive development across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud infrastructure, contributing to Whiteshield's digital platforms and flagship products.

You will work with modern frameworks such as , TailwindCSS, and leverage RESTful and GraphQL APIs, while maintaining robust backend services.

You will help develop scalable cloud-native applications on Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (preferably with certifications), while adhering to strong DevSecOps and CI/CD principles.

This role requires a solid grasp of software architecture, data engineering, and LLM integration (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini), as well as ensuring security, documentation, and high-quality delivery.

Expect to work with stakeholders across design (e.g., Figma), business, and technical teams to deliver top-tier solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |Collaborate closely with product teams to transform business problems into scalable technical solutionsLead development of web applications using , , and integrate them with secure, scalable APIsBuild and maintain API Gateway layers, including rate-limiting, token management, and request validationArchitect robust backend services with .NET Core, and work with containerized environments using Docker/KubernetesWork across cloud platforms, primarily Microsoft Azure or GCP – certifications are a plusImplement and optimize materialized views, indexing, and database performance across PostgreSQL, MS SQL, and othersCollaborate with data teams to enable ETL pipelines, real-time data streaming, and analytics-ready data schemasIntegrate LLM models and generative AI into products using secure APIs and prompt engineering best practicesReview and groom user stories in collaboration with Scrum leads, and help challenge assumptions to improve outcomesAlign with design language systems (DLS) and build pixel-perfect frontends from tools like FigmaApply TailwindCSS and modern UI/UX patterns to ensure a responsive, accessible experienceImplement authentication and security protocols (e.g., OAuth2, JWT, secure storage, encryption)Drive end-to-end QA automation with testing tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Playwright)Own deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, or Cloud BuildMonitor applications post-deployment and lead iterations using real user feedback, analytics, and telemetryProactively contribute to the evolution of our tech stack, tooling, and engineering cultureFluent in English; Arabic language skills are an assetExcellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional, agile environmentsStrong analytical mindset and attention to detail across quality, security, and performance5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development and web application deliveryProficient in .NET Core, ASP.
