We are looking for aproject manager who will be taking care of full project for therelocation of our clients Dubai branch office within Dubai. Thisincludes property search liaising with brokers & realestate agencies doing the site visit carrying out the due diligenceactivities assist in drafting leasing contracts etc

• Coordinate with the site team andmake sure all tasks are properly assigned in wellorganizedway.
• Make sure the site team is understandingin details the tasks to be done.
• Lead the siteweekly meeting and guide the projectrequirements.
• Meet the head office managementand discuss the project prospects.
• Receive andfollow the head office instructions.
• Make sureabout the correct method of execution and the proper usage ofmaterials.
• Avoid any type of material wastageand damage.
• Ensure the safety measures onsite.
• Overseeing manpowerproductivity.
• Coordinate with thesubcontractors; make sure all NOC/clearances areprovided
• Make sure each subcontractor knowswell his scope of work.
• Assure propercoordination with the consultant/concernedauthorities.
