- Identifying Sales Opportunities:Proactively identify potential sales opportunities within theconstruction project market, including new developments,renovations, and infrastructureprojects.
- Project Mapping and Prioritization:Conduct thorough research and analysis to map out projects withinthe assigned territory, prioritize based on potential revenue, anddevelop a strategic approach forengagement.
- Engaging with Architects andConsultants: Build and maintain relationships with architects,consultants, contractors, and other key decision-makers involved inconstruction projects to understand their needs and influenceproduct specifications.
- Product Specificationand Consultation: Educate architects, consultants, and projectstakeholders about the features, benefits, and applications of ourproducts, and ensure our products are specified in project plansand specifications.
- Project Visits andPresentations: Conduct site visits to construction projects,deliver product presentations, and participate in project meetingsto promote our products, address technical inquiries, and providesolutions tailored to projectrequirements.
- Proposal Development and Quoting:Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and bids in response toproject specifications, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, andalignment with customer needs.
- Negotiation andClosing Deals: Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, andcontracts with customers to secure sales agreements and close dealsin line with company policies andobjectives.
