- Register and process check in forall arrivals.
- Handle guest checkoutsefficiently and professionally.
- Update guestinformation into the computer after a completecheck-in.
- Accountable for cashiering duties,foreign exchange transactions, night audits tasks and settlementupon Guests' departure.
- Handleswalk-in counter reservations at all times and process call inreservations when the room reservations section isclosed.
- Provide friendly and courteous serviceto guests and respond promptly to all requests and inquiries at alltime.
- Resolve guests' complaints/requests and liaise with the department concerned to ensureimmediate follow-up.
- Handle issuance of guestroom key cards and ensure effective control for guestsecurity.
- Check and convey message, mail, andpackage to Guests.
- Assist at the Informationcounter, Foreign Exchange, Night Audit, and, Business center, asand when assigned.
- Have knowledge of the hotelrate codes, package, segmentation, discounts, and how to handleeach.
- Handle safe deposit boxes in accordancewith policies and procedures.
- Experience working as a Receptionistin 5* Hotels
- Customer-service & DataEntry experience.
- Multi-tasking andtime-management skills, with the ability to prioritizetasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft officesuite.
- Ability to work flexiblehours
- Highly responsible and reliable with aprofessional presentation
