    Assistant Manager – DeliveryOur client, one of the largest developers in the Middle East and North Africa region based in Abu Dhabi is currently looking for Assistant Manager – Delivery who will support and manage and coordinate the retail delivery fit-out process from unit handover, interior design and construction to successful completion in accordance with company's objectives (assets and developments), balancing and meeting requirements for consistent standards, premium quality and expeditious delivery.

    You will be the primary point of contact for all design & fit-out matters between the Tenant and the company's (Project team, Asset Management, Estates, Portfolio, Design and Infrastructure and Legal).

    Reporting to the Director of Retail Leasing and you will be responsible to;Instigate, develop, populate and update Retail Delivery process documents & guidelines.

    Meet with relevant Government agencies to adopt best practices for approvals & fit-out processes and maintain the highest standards of interaction between the agencies and the company.

    Monitor company's compliance with statutory agencies for issue of essential base build approvalLiaise with PM regarding retail construction program, snagging, conduct final unit inspection and document handover to Retail Delivery when practically complete ensuring sufficiency of services for end use.

    Assist in managing the information flow and issue of documentation and drawings between Tenants, Retail Leasing, Project Team and Asset Team to achieve all commercial targets.

    Compile pre-qualified lists of consultants , contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely deliveryBrief Tenants. Contractors and Consultants. providing specific and current guidelines, describing process, site logistics etc and issuing all necessary documents and approvals required for permits in a timely mannerManage the concept & detail design submittal and approvals process – coordinate necessary


    Business Capabilities5+ years of experience in an interior design company or in a Retail Delivery roleDeep understanding of the UAE and GCC retail construction requirementsStrong client facing experienceExcellent analytical skillsStrong understanding of approvals processes , fit-out activities and proceduresInterpersonal SkillsDemonstrated skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersStrong conflict resolution/management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong planning and organization skillsEducationDegree in Architecture or Interior Design or equivalentPlease visit Budge Recruitment website for more exciting opportunities.
