Job DescriptionJob Summary
To support overall M&A (Mergers and Acquisition) strategy
Key Responsibilities
Perform financial and valuation analyses using various methodologies
Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyse the impacts on potential M&A transactions
Participate in all stages of transaction executions, from the pitch phase through to closing
Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the Bank, other advisers, and the clients
Involved in day-to-day project management and execution support
Research and analysis of markets and industries
Research and financial analysis of companies based on company information, research reports, and other information sources
Prepare presentation materials for use in client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, capital markets activity and general corporate finance
Key Stakeholders
Senior transactors in M&A
Global & Regional Head of M&A
Client Coverage teams
Legal & Compliance
Skills and Qualification
Key Skills:
Strong analytical and communication skills
Attention to detail
Strong work ethic and a passion for excellence
Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
Ability to deliver under time pressure
Prior experience in M&A transactions would be considered a plus
Qualifications
Education:
Degree or post graduate qualified from a top-tier school ispreferred
Professional Qualifications:
Experience in the banking industry
