    Directly responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts and ensuring we maximize expansion opportunitiesServe as the point of contact for our existing customers and drive all renewal and expansion sales opportunitiesCollaborate with the Customer Success team to keep our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and servicesDevelop new business with existing clients and identify cross sell opportunities to meet sales quotasMeet and exceed monthly recurring revenue expansion targetsProspect new client opportunities and respond to inbound leadsOwnership and autonomy over the full sales cycle from prospecting to closeQualifications3-5+ years in a quota-carrying sales capacity3 years of B2B sales experience in proactive sales roles in enterprise software or commerce solutions via phone, preferably in the subscription software businessResults-driven, with a proven record of using reporting metrics to track progress against goals.
