Drafting Technical Drawings:

Create accurate architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software based on the concepts and specifications provided by architects and engineers.

Revising Designs: Modify and revise designs to correct any deficiencies and to accommodate changes in specifications or client needs.

Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that the drawings convey the correct information and are compliant with necessary specifications and regulations.

Document Management: Maintain records of design files and associated documentation, ensuring all drawings are up-to-date and accurately archived.

Compliance and Standards: Ensure all architectural drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and other regulations.


Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit.
  • Understanding of building techniques and architectural terminologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with other professionals.
  • Knowledge of building regulations and compliance issues.

Education and Experience:


  • A diploma or associate degree in drafting, architectural technology, or a related field is typically required.
  • Experience with CAD software and drafting from previous internships or jobs is highly beneficial.
  • Well Experienced here in UAE

Pay:
AED4, AED6,000.00 per month
