    Responsibilities:

    • Automationleadership: Lead the design development and maintenance of advancedautomated test scripts and frameworks for diversesoftware applications.
    • Performanceintegration: Utilize your comprehensive knowledge of performancetesting to seamlessly integrate performance testingcapabilities into the automationframework.
    • Strategy formulation:Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define holistic testingstrategies that encompass functional regression andperformance testing.
    • Mentorship:Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members fostering theirgrowth and ensuring the teams collectiveexpertise.
    • Continuous improvement:Drive the enhancement of testing processes incorporating bestpractices emerging tools andmethodologies.
    • Test execution andanalysis: Oversee the execution of automated test suites analyzeresults and collaborate with development teams toresolve defects and optimizeperformance.
    • Defect management:Identify document and track software defects actively working withdevelopers to facilitate timelyresolutions.
    • Automationgovernance: Establish and enforce automation best practices codingstandards and guidelines to ensure consistency andquality.
    • Collaboration: Workclosely with development QA and other stakeholders to align testingwith development cycles and releaseschedules.
    • Reporting andcommunication: Provide regular updates on testing progress resultsand challenges to senior management and projectstakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelorsdegree in computer science engineering or relatedfield.
    • Extensive handson experience in testautomation including proficiency with leading automationtools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium AppiumCucumber).
    • Expertise inperformance testing concepts methodologies and tools (e.g. JMeterGatling) isessential.
    • Proficiencyin programming languages such as Java Python orJavaScript.
    • Strong familiarity with versioncontrol systems (e.g. Git) and continuous integration/continuousdeployment (CI/CD)pipelines.
    • Analytical mindset withexceptional problemsolving abilities and attention todetail.
    • Exceptional communication skillsallowing effective collaboration with both technical andnontechnicalstakeholders.
    • Previous leadershipexperience within a QA or automation team is highlydesirable.
    • Proven track record of drivingprocess improvements and innovative practices in testautomation.
    • Experiencewith Agile and DevOps methodologies.
    • Relevantcertifications in software testing automation and performancetesting areadvantageous.
