JOBSUMMARY:
Performshighly advanced supervisory maintenance and construction work.
Workinvolves overseeing maintenance and construction staff involved inthe installation care and repair of state facilities and equipment;and supervising the work of others.
Works under minimal supervisionwith extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independentjudgment.II.ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS
A.Oversees supervises inspects schedules assigns prioritizes andparticipates in heavy equipment maintenance general maintenance andconstruction work; coordinates work assignments with othersupervisors to ensure efficient use of resources; and providestechnicalexpertise.
B.Oversees the preparation of estimates for Heavy equipment smaterials and resources required for projects; approves andinitiates requisitions for materials and supplies; and preparesreports and maintains records of repairs.
D.Assists in maintaining security of assigned offenders. * Performs avariety of marginal duties not listed to be determined and assignedasneeded.

MustHave Experience in Constructionindustries.
he must be well versed with heavy equipment machines like boomloader, tower crane, bobcat maintenance supervisor.
