- control over the implementation of measures to promote and sell retail banking, investment and insurance products to Clients of the Wealth/Premium segment;_
- conducting training seminars, technical training for employees of separate divisions of the Bank serving Clients in the Wealth/Premium segment;_
- development and implementation of motivational programs for employees;_
_ Job Requirements:

- _monitoring the quality of customer service_
- _higher education;_
- _At least 2 years of work experience, at least 1 year as a manager;_
- _experience in the banking sector with clients._
