Duties AndResponsibilities

• Perform directions ordered by SiteManager.
• Coordinate and arrange generalconstruction activities in execution.
• Generallycomprehend the current progress status onsite.
• Analyze the performance of subcontractorand see that manpower control is exercised in accordance withoriginal plan.
• Assure the performance of vendorspecialists are in accordance with the contractual requirements anddone in an efficient manner.
• Care for the dailytransportation of the vendor specialist coordinating withAdministration Manager.
• Determine the date ofsubcontractor move-in.
• Collect and supply datato enable administration manager & field engineer toprepare reports.
• Cooperate with Safety Engineerto direct safety control function.
• Coordinatein determining the scope of each supervisor'swork.
• Assist in arranging preparatory work tobe done by start-up team.
• Evaluate changes inwork requested by the subcontractor.
• Overseematerial controller'sperformance.
• Check and evaluate monthlyprogress measured by each supervisor.
• Maintaincooperative contact with clientsengineers.
• Expedite the clients approval on themonthly construction progress measurement of his owndiscipline.
  

Qualification

• At least 15 year(s) of workingexperience in Oil & Gas
• At least 5year(s) of working experience in Gulfcountries
• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree(PREFERRED)
• PMC workingexperience
