Looking for an Administrative Assistant for Abu Dhabi.Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Leadership team with general administration duties.
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and assisting in arranging presentations, setting up meetings, and ordering supplies.
- Supporting reception and responding to requests professionally and accurately
- Being the face of the business front of house.
- Providing realtime scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder.
- Prior administrative experience.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
- Attention to detail.
