Looking for an Administrative Assistant for Abu Dhabi.


Responsibilities:


  • Supporting the Leadership team with general administration duties.
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and assisting in arranging presentations, setting up meetings, and ordering supplies.
  • Supporting reception and responding to requests professionally and accurately
  • Being the face of the business front of house.
  • Providing realtime scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree holder.
  • Prior administrative experience.
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
  • Attention to detail.
