- Troubleshootand diagnose issues with fiber laser cutting machines and provideeffectivesolutions.
- Conductregular inspections and preventive maintenance on fiber lasercutting machines to ensure optimalperformance.
- Collaboratewith customers to understand their needs and provide technicalsupport and training on fiber laser cuttingmachines.
- Stayuptodate with the latest technological advancements in fiber lasercutting machines and provide recommendations forimprovements.
- Workclosely with the sales team to identify opportunities for machineupgrades orreplacements.
- Ensurecompliance with safety regulations and guidelines during servicevisits.
- Manageinventory of spare parts and tools necessary for servicevisits.
- Provideexcellent customer service and maintain positive relationships withclients.
- Bachelorsdegree in mechanical engineering or a relatedfield.
- Minimumof 35 years of experience in servicing fiber laser cuttingmachines.
- Co2laser Laser Welding and press brakeMachines.
- Certificationsin laser technology or related fields are highlydesirable.
- Experienceworking in the manufacturing or metal fabrication industry ispreferred.
- Strongproblemsolving and troubleshootingskills.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
- Abilityto work independently and manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
- Attentionto detail and strong organizationalskills.
- Proficiencyin technical documentation andreporting.
- Fluencyin English is required and knowledge of other languages is aplus.
