Description

As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a critical role in identifying and implementing solutions that harness the latest technology to drive growth and performance for our clients in the learning & development field.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying and assessing new business opportunities, and providing expert guidance on designing and delivering innovative Learning & development programs.

• Meet marketing and financial targets of business in assigned territory.
• Maintain daily contact with clients, actively develop new business opportunities in the territory, and coordinate sales activities with other team members when requested.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with accounts and clients.
• Meet client needs, resolve issues and follow up with clients on resolutions.
• Remain updated on TANDEM's products and latest training and L&D techniques and methods.

• 8+ years of experience in business development and consulting, with a focus on the L&D and consulting field.
• Proven track record of success in business development and people development.
• Strong understanding of the latest technology trends and best practices.
• Strong communication, problemsolving, and project management skills.
• Passion for staying current with the latest industry trends.
• Bilingual in English and Arabic.
• Relevant certification in business development or people development.
• Relevant education, a bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the latest industry trends and continuous learning.
• Continuously bringing innovative solutions to the table.
