- Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent experience.
- Candidates arerequired to complete the SCA requirements which are passing the 4mandatory exams and obtaining University degree equalization fromthe Ministry of Education.
- ICWIM Level 3qualification
- Minimum of eight years proven andprogressive financial services, and at least 3 years asRelationship Manager.
- Evidence of strong clientrecommendation and sales results in wealthproducts.
- Equivalent relationship managementexperience in managing high net worth client portfoliospreferred.
- Expert knowledge in financialplanning and wealth products.
- Sound knowledgeof the impact of macroeconomics/microeconomics/local marketdevelopments.
- Expert knowledge of externalregulatory framework relevant to wealthmanagement.
- If internal, in-depth understandingof HSBC Global House Views.
- Strong clientfocusses and ability to develop long term partnerships withclients.
- Ability to deliver needs-basedsolutions through effective communication, influencing, and salesskills.
- Local regulatory & licenserequirements - job holder should possess valid licenses withaccreditation on wealth management and qualification as required bycountry.
- Clear view on how to work withCompliance, Credit & Risk and Internal Control to ensure abalanced risk operating environment.
- Able tocommunicate well in English and locallanguages.
- Attainappropriate professional and regulatory qualifications as requiredby country (e.g. in the U.S, CFA or CFP ispreferred)
- Attain any internal standards asrequired by country
