Overview of the role:


To ensure that all Managed Transportation Services, Chauffeur and Events within Abu Dhabi, Dubai and the Western / Northern Emirates are running accordingly to set schedules, budget targets and Contract Requirements.

Further to this will manage the monthly project reports regarding, but not limited to, Time Management /Overtime, scheduling of drivers, proper resources allocation, Annual Leave, Fuel expenses.

This must be achieved in the most cost effective and efficient way as continuous improvement is the paramount in achieving the financial and operational targets.


What you will do:

Operations (Supervision of driver pool and support all MTS Bussing & Chauffeur requirements)

  • To be the first escalation point when Customer requires assistance.
  • Ensure the schedules are effectively communicated to the client / Drivers and identify the variations, planned vs actual.
  • Ensure sufficient resources reserved for the project - drivers, prepared vehicles, backup resources and support services available for each shift.
  • Ensure the Manager is aware of any challenges with vehiclestaffing or routes requirements.
  • Regular meetings with drivers and cascade the company / department strategy and objectives.
  • Drivers Management/ location rotations and other ad-hoc requirements,
  • Provide Drivers tool box talk to the drivers. Ensure the grooming standards are maintained all the time.
  • Follow drivers induction activities before deployment.
  • Support management for route planning, Trip scheduling, drivers roasters etc.
  • Follow Vehicle checks & Drivers check as per the business requirements
  • Basic technical assessment prior to allocate Vehicle for maintenance jobs and coordinate with technical team during R & M process.

- Reporting

  • Monthly Fleet Reports, Driver behaviour, following monthly individual reviews with all Team Leaders and Drivers.
  • Incident investigation, preparing CAPA reports etc
  • Contract performance data supply.
  • Coordinate Special Passes management for Vehicles and drivers -JAFZA, Sharjah, CNIA, Oman transfers etc.
  • Unknown Damage & HSE - Documented Communication with Hertz Support Services
  • Document and keep record of Traffic Fines violations by the team and organize coaching session to prevent future reoccurrences.
  • Traffic fine claims coordination with drivers and management.

- Contract Cost Control and Efficiency

  • Implement cost control actions advised by the management and provide progress updates time to time.
  • Provide regular updates to the Manager and Senior Management Team, regarding potential cost saving or efficiency improvements with direct impact in Contract profitability
  • Cost efficient utilization of resources (Driver & Vehicle )

- Customer complaints and resolution

  • Ensure all operational and HSE policies and procedures are strictly adhered by entire assigned team to ensure Customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure al direct reports are complying with company code of conduct / dress code.
  • Handling queries and complaints from the clients, coordinate and ensure necessary supports in time.
  • Ensure vehicle & Drivers deployed in the projects are in good condition.

- Management

  • Attend regular operational and team meetings.
  • Present weekly /Monthly progress
  • Efficiently Implement project improvement plan at project advised by the management

Required Skills to be successful:


  • Min 1 year experience in Administration or similar role
  • Over 3 years' experience in passenger transportation service / business
  • Fair working knowledge in computers.
  • Good Communication Skill in English & Hindi
  • Ability to plan and organize schedule effectively
  • Good knowledge on Dubai & Auh roads & directions to guide the drivers team.


  • UAE Driving License

  • Heavy Bus ( Light bus is an advantage )
