Head of Property Management Jobs In Dubai UAE 2023 | MSD GCCFor More Top Organization Jobs Click HereDescription:The Head of Property Management is responsible for overseeing the management and operations of PM's real estate portfolio, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
This role requires extensive knowledge of property management principles, excellent leadership skills, and a keen understanding of local laws and regulations related to real estate.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive property portfolio & unit management strategy and that aligns with the overall goals and objectives of the organization, which involves analyzing market trends, evaluating potential acquisitions or dispositions, optimizing property utilization, and identifying opportunities for growth or cost savings.
Implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency across the property management function, including developing standardized processes and procedures, leveraging technology and automation, and identifying areas for improvement in property maintenance, tenant relations, and financial management.
Ensuring the financial performance of the property portfolio by establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), setting budget targets, and conducting regular financial analysis and reporting, which also involve developing strategies for revenue enhancement, expense management, and risk mitigation.
Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants, enhance tenant satisfaction, and maintain positive tenant relationships, which involve implementing tenant retention programs, resolving tenant issues or disputes, and ensuring timely lease renewals and rent escalations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Real Estate Industry and Property Management.
Excellent Leadership skills.
Excellent People Management.
Excellent Project Management.
