- Ensure the qualification and evaluation of our suppliers (PPEP)
- Develop control plans at reception and put them in place
- Identify opportunities for improvement and make the necessary corrections to reduce the costs of non-quality
- Participate in the resolution of corrective action requests and product failures
- Perform line audits and internal audits in collaboration with QA engineers
- Analyze and manage the treatment of non-conformities reported in SIM2
- Set up action plans aimed at eliminating recurring non-conformities
- Implement corrective and preventive actions following customer complaints
- Participate in 8D analyzes
- Manage controlled documentation
- Other related tasks as needed
- Have completed 4 or more sessions in a university program in industrial engineering, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required to facilitate collaboration with our teams, clients and stakeholders at the provincial and international levels
- Dynamic, proactive, flexible, eager to learn
- Autonomous on the tasks and activities entrusted
- Good understanding of quality tools and methodologies 8D, 5Why, 5S, PFMEA
- Must be familiar with ISO9001 normes
