They own subsidiaries that deal with AI technology, electric vehicles, and automobiles.


The
Head of Finance plays a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of the organization, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring the overall financial health of the company.

This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial management, and the ability to make informed decisions to support the organization's goals.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insights into financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity for daily operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and lead the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Establish and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decisionmaking by the executive team.
  • Oversee tax planning, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and coordinate with external tax advisors.
  • Manage the coordination and preparation for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including executives, board members, and investors, to communicate financial performance and strategies.
  • Evaluate financial aspects of potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships, providing recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial operations and systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required) / Master is preferred.

CPA designation or progress toward CPA certification is required.

Fluency in Arabic language is mandatory:

  • 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least
    3 years in a senior financial leadership role.
