Team Leader - IT Digital Workplace

  • United Arab Emirates

    MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Improves the hybrid work experience, automate operations, innovate with infrastructure, and delivers improved digital workplaces.
  • Implements workflow tools to aid in automation wherever practical.
  • Acts as the lead product manager for productivity tools & keep abreast of new features from productivity technology
  • Drives new technology evaluation and feasibility study to build productivity use cases.
  • Assists information security team in gaining the visibility into user data asset across organization for comprehensive risk & data management.
  • Assists customer support team in setup of end user data protection & identity management suite.
  • Drives & delivers trainings to staff on how to leverage tools in the course of their work.
  • Develops basic training materials (tip sheets, quick screen recordings, etc.) to help staff learn new features.
  • Assists IT asset management team in effective lifecycle management of all company provided devices & assets.
  • Participates in solution design and architecture workshop to adopt best standard practices.

Qualifications:


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

_Minimum Education_

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)
  • Information Technology, Computer Science

_Experience Specific Requirements_

  • Preferred No. of Years (with Relevant Degree) 7

_Systems, Licensing, Language or Certification Requirements_

  • Microsoft 365 Platform certification. Microsoft Azure Cloud architecture or admin certification.
  • Any Cloud Security certification

ISR Requirements

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team.

Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations.
