    JobResponsibilities

    • Develop and manage sales pipelinefrom initial contact through onboarding ofcustomer
    • Respond to customer inquiries viaphone, email, or other forms ofcommunication
    • Follow-up with contacts to ensuresatisfactory customer experience
    • Generate newsales opportunities by proactively contacting potentialcustomers
    • Document sales activities, accounts,and customers in CRM database
    • Utilize marketand customer data to develop strategies for salesoptimization
    • Analyze market trends and customerconversations to determine relevant productofferings
    • Follow up on sales opportunities toensure customer satisfaction
    • Update companydatabases with incoming order and contactinformation
    • Generate reports and analysis ofcustomer activity to provide feedback and advice tomanagement
    • Participate in team meetings todiscuss sales tactics and share ideas

    JobRequirements

    • 2 years of experience in Inside Salesor comparable customer relations role
    • Bachelor(BA/BS) or Associates degree in Business or related fielddesired
    • Proven track record of meeting salesgoals and increasing customer base
    • Experiencewith sales pipeline and forecasting salesperformance
    • Mastery of CRM platforms andtools
    • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
    • Passion for customerservice and ability to build relationships
