    As a PrivateClient Advisor at PHOREE Real Estate, your role will encompass awide range of responsibilities designed to deliver exceptionalresults:

    • Achieve SalesExcellence: Exceed industry sales targets and KPIsset by our Head of Sales, showcasing your dedication andexpertise.
    • Dedicated ClientServices: Provide personalized assistance forclients looking to buy or sell primary and secondary real estateproperties, ensuring their unique needs aremet.
    • Promote Exclusive LuxuryDevelopments: Promote our exclusive ultra-luxuryDubai-based branded developments and achieve minimum salestargets.
    • Consumer-FacingPresence: Maintain a highly presentable appearancefor consumer-facing interactions, including being located withinour luxury real estate offices situated in Ultra Luxury Hotelsacross Dubai.
    • ClientConsultations: Interview prospective purchasers,guiding them through their customer journey with unparalleledservice.
    • MarketExpertise: Advise clients on market conditions,property prices, mortgages, and legal requirements, positioningyourself as a trustedadvisor.
    • PropertyListings: Secure agreements from property owners inthe secondary market for listing theirproperties.
    • DocumentationMastery: Prepare necessary documents, includinglisting forms and marketing addendums, ensuring compliance withDubai's Land Department and Real Estate Regulatory Agency(RERA) standards
