Graduate with 10-12 years of experience.

  • As a Store Manager, you are responsible for excellent management of the store through the achievement of predetermined sales targets, coaching and maintaining a highly motivated sales team, delivering exceptional levels of customer service, developing, and maintaining a customer base by capitalizing on high profile clientele and sales.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the store to achieve sales objectives
Coaching and visibility on the shop floor with the sales team and clients
Must adopt a customer-first approach and ensure all team members offer exemplary
customer service expected from a luxury brand.
Review sales results against budget with an action plan to achieve desired performance.
Maintain a visually impressive boutique, continuously working on Visual Merchandising to augment it further.
Working with Marketing & Communications Team to ensure that the overall marketing & communication strategy is aligned to store needs
Propose and implement necessary actions/events/ activities to achieve sales targets
Developing and maintaining deep customer relationships.
Managing operational responsibilities including inventory, cash management, billing, and collections.
Head interviews for store personnel
Initiate training for new employees
Monitor the activities of the team
Guide sales team on extraordinary service, selling techniques, and ideas to deliver unique and memorable selling experiences.
Must constantly educate oneself and other staff to enhance product knowledge
Act as a strong brand ambassador by always upholding brand values and ethos
Managing store targets and category sales targets.
Drive the business results by maximizing weekly/ monthly sales plans - constant monitoring, review, and course correction.
Create processes & lead the team to achieve high customer loyalty for the store.
Enabling the team to perform through continuous coaching.
Delivering a WOW experience to the Client each time.
Maintain a visually impressive boutique, continuously working on Visual Merchandising to augment it further.


Desired Functional Skills:


  • Knowledge of fashion trends, color schemes, fabrics, and designer labels. Wellacquainted with regional languages as well as English

Desired Behavioural Skills:


  • Good aesthetic sense, effective Communication skills, leadership skills, people management skills, wellorganized and collaborative

Desired Industry Experience:


  • Experience in bridal couture, menswear, and international fashion brand
