Roles& Responsibilities:
To workwith the Founder & Directors of the firm and develop arobust business development plan for theorganization.
To establish partnershipscross-functionally within the organization as necessary to ensureproject win.
To represent the organization inthe industry to increase brand visibility through networking andcreate a business pipeline.
To create andmaintain business relationships with new clients and keystakeholders.
To be responsible for obtainingRFPs for various upcoming projects and submitting RFP responses ontime with complete required data.
To be atthe forefront of all business development and client solutioninitiatives across theregion.

Education/Experience

Qualification:

B-Arch / BCE / BBA /MBA


SelectionCriteria:

Thecandidates must have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 7 yearsof relevant experience in Corporate Interior Design & Buildfirm's Sales / Business Development / Client Solutionprocesses.

The candidates must have excellentverbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills andattention to detail.
The candidate must havea charming personality, a forthcoming and transparent nature and aproven track record.

The candidate mustpossess industry knowledge of Corporate Interior fit-out and shouldhave ample contacts for networking/lead generation and for thecreation of a sales pipeline for a businessopportunity.

The candidate must have thebusiness acumen to read the potential situations and takeresponsibility for new clientacquisition.
The candidate must be willing totravel across cities frequently as and whenrequired.
