- Review drawings and P&ID, review BOQ and latest drawings, material available and provide day-to-day support in execution of Industrial Automation project works. Manage daily construction progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly construction report.
- Supervise and support subcontractors to proceed with construction effectively in accordance with project specifications.
- Responsible for instruments calibration, instrument loop packages for various field instruments.
- Prepares construction method statements based on specification and requirements and ensure safety and quality.
- Review of drawing at the early project stage for possible relocation of instruments and routes ensuring the impulse requirement and Major reference to P&ID requirements.
- Review BOQ in refer to Latest drawings and project standard specification and take note for material that needed to be change and possible revision of BOQ.
- Supervise and conduct all types of instrument construction activities (Installation of cable trays, cable pulling, installation of all types of instruments etc.).
- Manage construction progress by checking daily, weekly, and monthly work done quantities.
- Responsible for Instruments calibration in workshop and at site.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly construction report.
- Prepare Instrument loop packages for various field instruments.
- Supervise and ensure safe condition at construction site in cooperation with safety department.
- Supervise and ensure construction quality in accordance with project specification and ITP (Inspection and Test Plan).
- Prepares construction M/S (Method Statement) based on specification and requirements.
- Record B/P (Best Practice) and L/L (Lessons Learned).
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechatronics) with sufficient experience (05+ Years minimum) in the Oil & Gas industry. Affinity and familiar with Engineering, Procurement and Contracting aspects in the business, both onshore and offshore, power & utility sector.
- Experience level: 05 years / 03 years or more experience UAE or Middle East
- Experience with Onshore and/or Offshore Oil and Gas customers like with ADNOC and/or Power & Water sector experience.
- Proven experience in industrial automation engineering and system integration
- Excellent knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) code.
- HSE compliance and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of Calibration, Loop Test, Trouble Shooting, Vendor Skids Analyzers
- Subcontractor Supervision, Method Statement
- Review of Construction Schedule
- Review of Drawing / Material Schedule
- Review of Subcontractor's plan
- Setting up Detail Schedule, Progress Management and Analysis
- Pending Issue Report, Interface Management
- Comprehensive knowledge on construction management and
