• Issue D/O's based on customer/Area confirmations in order for Logistics to arrange shipments /transfer stocks
• Coordinate with Log./Area/Mktg./ Accts /warehouse to ensure availability of products and accurate shipments.
• Manage stock allocations in system in order for AREA to offer / sell accordingly
• Daily Monitoring of sales figures in order to ensure achievement of budgeted sales for the month
• Co-ordinate with customers/Area members/Accounts dept for payment-L/C, BG, Remittance
• Co-ordinate the shipment with Logistics/Warehouse/ customers/forwarders/Area members for proper dispatch of goods.
• To be a window person to co-ordinate between internal and external customers for all matters relating to shipment
