Plan and track project activities, Prepare work progress reports, and reporting to the Project Manager on project progress, including identifying and addressing issues and risks as they ariseEnsure compliance with all applicable regulations, codes, and standards related to retrofitting requirementsCoordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and other team members of the projectsManage project budgets and expenses, including tracking costs and ensuring that projects stay within budget while ensuring that all work is completed to the required specifications and quality standardsConduct site inspections in coordinating with technicians, subcontractors to ensure that work is completed safely and in accordance with all relevant regulations and guidelinesKeep accurate records of project activities, including documentation of work completed, changes made, and project milestonesDesign and implement modifications to existing systems or equipment as per plan in order to improve performance, energy efficiency, etc.
Requirements:
Must possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institutionCertification Courses of HVAC/Refrigeration etc is added advantage
