Description

• Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and develop new design concepts and themes.
• Assist in researching current fashion trends, fabrics, and techniques to inform design decisions.
• Create detailed sketches and technical drawings using computeraided design (CAD) software.
• Support the design team in sourcing materials and trims for sample development.
• Reach out to suppliers and manufacturers to procure materials and negotiate pricing.
• Assist the CEO in any tasks assigned, including administrative duties and special projects.
• Assist in the creation of sample garments, including patternmaking, sewing, and fitting adjustments.
• Participate in fittings and provide feedback on garment construction and fit.
• Help maintain an organized and efficient design studio, including managing fabric and trim libraries.
• Assist in preparing presentations and mood boards for design meetings and client presentations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the design department.

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• Previous experience as a design intern or assistant designer preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and CAD software.
• Strong sketching and illustration skills.
• Knowledge of garment construction and patternmaking techniques.
• Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
