Job Overview:

The Outsourcing Services Manager specializing in Software and Developers is responsible for managing the outsourcing relationships for software development projects.

This role involves coordinating with external vendors, ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables, and maintaining effective communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.


Key Responsibilities:


Vendor Selection and Management:


  • Identify and evaluate potential outsourcing partners for software development services.
  • Negotiate contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and other terms with vendors.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with outsourcing partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Project Oversight:


  • Oversee the execution of outsourced software development projects.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Ensure that outsourced projects meet quality standards and adhere to specified requirements.

Quality Assurance:


  • Establish and enforce quality control measures for outsourced software development.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of vendor deliverables.
  • Implement corrective actions and improvements as necessary.

Communication and Collaboration:


  • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and outsourcing partners.
  • Act as a liaison to address concerns, resolve issues, and foster collaboration.
  • Ensure that project objectives and requirements are clearly communicated to outsourcing partners.

Risk Management:


  • Identify and assess risks associated with outsourcing arrangements.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and address issues that may impact project success.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:


  • Analyze performance metrics and reports provided by outsourcing partners.
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on project status and key performance indicators.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Cost Management:


  • Monitor and manage the financial aspects of outsourcing relationships.
  • Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and costeffectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and optimization.

Contract Compliance:


  • Ensure that outsourcing partners comply with contractual agreements.
  • Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Address contractrelated issues and disputes.

Continuous Improvement:


  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in outsourcing relationships.
  • Implement best practices to enhance collaboration and project delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in outsourcing practices.

Qualifications:


  • Arabic speaking is a must.
  • 35 years experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in outsourcing management, particularly in software development.
  • Strong project management and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and technologies.
  • Analytical and problemsolving abilities.
