Responsibilities:

• Articulate a vision for the Music Department in line with the school's ethos.
• Lead, manage, and evaluate the school's music curriculum.
• Contribute to schoolwide planning, resource management, and policy development.
• Maintain high expectations and standards across all aspects of school life.
• Support daytoday school organization and management.
• Be accountable to the Teaching and Learning Coach and the Principal/CEO.
• Contribute to the school's Performance Management program.
